PT. Multi Kontrol Nusantara a subsidiary company of Bakrie Group of company that deals with companies who need to develop and strengthen the IT, Media and Telco Infrastructure are looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position.


Superintendent Engineering Radio System
Duties and responsibilities:

Prepare technical proposal, including design, bill of quantity, pricing, etc
Assist sales team to gather requirements from customers and provide the solution to customers
Maintain relationship with Radio System vendors
Communication and coordination with other internal related departments (Project Management Office, Operation, Procurement and Sales & Marketing)
Keep up-to-date with current technologies


Requirements:

Academic/Professional Qulaification: Bachelor Degree in Informatics or Telecommunication
Working Experience : Min. 2 years
Expertise/Skills/Language:
Deep knowledge in one or more RF system, such as broadband wireless access, microwave radio, conventional radio, trunking radio, scada radio, VSAT, base station (GSM/CDMA-indoor, outdoor), repeater, booster, combiner, duplexer, splitter, antenna system, etc
Preferably can operate one or more radio network planning software
Knowledge in CME work such as tower, shelter, genset, ATS, UPS, solar panel, site power system is an advantage
Hold one or more of Radio sertification (CWNA, MTCNA) or other training from radio vendor
English proficiency: good in reading and writing is mandatory, good speaking is an advantage
Personal attributes: Good communication skill, Good teamwork, Independent, Creative & Innovative, good presentation skill, good networking in telecommunication business
