Our client is a multinational company within the telecommunication industry. They are currently looking for:
Business Readiness Lead
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders such as business leads, end users, business analysts, solution developers and 3rd party vendor experts to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Define Overall Deployment Strategy and Approach
Develop and Execute Deployment Plan (addressing pre- and post deployment activities)
Develop Detailed Deployment Method and Procedure (include detailed localized deployment instruction, contingency plan, roll back plan, disaster recovery procedure, business readiness test, go-no go criteria)
Develop Business Operation readiness checklist
Execute Business Operation readiness assessment and implementation
Support implementation of Business Processes
Ensure that actions are and updated completed in accordance with planned and agreed timelines
Identify and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner
Perform any other activities, as requested by the project management to support the definition, development and implementation of solutions
Participate, facilitate and lead sessions with the customer
Write and review project documentation including:
process maps
use cases
gap analysis
high level specification/design (HLS, HLD)
Review and input to Project Plan, Detailed Design, Migration, Test Plans.
Requirements:
University degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years working experience preferably in a Telecommunications environment in software development and deployment projects.
Good domain knowledge in Telecommunications (Online Charging, Billing, Service Fulfillment or Service Assurance)
Capable of strategic and tactical thinking and proposing solution trade offs to meet Customer requirements
Experience of customer-facing work including presentations to a technical audience; able to work confidently in the customer environment
Knowledge of the SDLC, ETOM and ITIL and experience in standards to document business processes and flows
Very good presentation skills both written and spoken (English) combined with ability to facilitate and present technical and business information at workshops.
